The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Sections 120(B), 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The prosecution case, in brief, is that one Mantu Kumar was found hanging with a tree by a plastic rope. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 24-10-2018. Charge sheet has already been submitted. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no eye witness to the alleged occurrence nor there is any circumstantial

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S.
