The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioner is of join the service on the forged certificate of B.Ed.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after two years of continuous service, the petitioner has been terminated from service due to forged certificate of B.Ed. In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10114 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 161 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
