In this case, the petitioner is claiming his salary for 19 months with effect from 1.9.1997 to 31.3.1999 as also revision of pay with effect from 1.4.2007.
So far the payment of salary is concerned, this application has been filed after lapse of 18 years of the cause of action and, thus, that cannot be entertained after lapse of long period of time. Therefore, this part of prayer of the petitioner is
Patna High Court CWJC No.16267 of 2017(2) dt.27-05-2020 2/2 rejected.
With respect to revision of pension, this Court directs the authority concerned to look into the case of the petitioner. If the revision of payment has not been done and he is entitled to the same, that should be done without unnecessary delay within a period of four months from the date of filing of the representation by the petitioner along with a copy of this order. With the aforementioned observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
