JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 07-11-2019 The short issue raised by counsel for the petitioner today is that his claim for grant of benefits under the assured career progression scheme made before the Collector, Muzaffarpur (Annexure 3) has still not been disposed of. In view of the limited issue, no adjudication is called for in the instant proceeding. Pendency of the instant proceeding would thus be futile.

The Collector Muzaffarpur (respondent No. 2) is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on petitioner's claim expeditiously, without undue delay. If any monetary dues are found admissible on account of such
