The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 471 and 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that one Md. Azad Alam was preparing forged educational certificates, voters' identity cards and other documents. On such information, a raid was conducted. It is submitted that Md. Azad Alam has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is the brother of Md. Azad Alam and he is in jail since 19.7.2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45061 of 2014 (2) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, District-Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No.167 of 2013.
