ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner renews his prayer for bail in Kankarbagh P.S. case No.296 of 2013 instituted for the offence under Sections 25(1-B)A/26/35 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna.

It appears from the report of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Patna that the evidence was closed but now it is sought to be reopened by the prosecution and bail bond of absconding coaccused Kallu Yadav has been cancelled. Hence, I am not inclined to review the earlier order. The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
