The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of coaccused Babloo Sao but thereafter two witnesses are said to have seen the petitioner fleeing away from the place of occurrence. The petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Co-accused Babloo Sao has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
