2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022 registered on 17.11.2022 lodged under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 379, 447, 147, 149, 307 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 20 named accused persons including the petitioner against whom the allegation is of assaulting one Vikas Kumar with iron rod on head due to which he become unconscious.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute has arisen out of political rivalry and with a prominence among the two groups of the said locality, counsel submits that these two groups are the supporter of two differed Mukhiya and time

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 04.10.2023 having two criminal cases pending against him in which he is on bail.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No. 325 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
