The petitioner does not appear to have exhausted the remedy of appeal and revision and has approached this Court directly.

We are of the considered view that the petitioner should prefer an appeal against the order of cancellation of licence.

If such an appeal is filed before the Appellate

Patna High Court CWJC No.2328 of 2022(2) dt.25-02-2022 2/2 Authority within a period of 30 days from today, the Appellate Authority shall take it up and after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, shall pass a final reasoned order within next 60 days. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
