2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

for quashing of the order dated 12.05.2016 issued under the signature of /District Land Acquisition Officer as well as Additional District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna as well as commanding the respondents to pay the compensation amount in the light of new Act with interest, by which the compensation amount in lieu of the land of the petitioner, acquired by the Government of Bihar, Patna has been

3. The aforesaid Interlocutory Application has been preferred for substitution of the sole petitioner with his heirs incorporated in the prayer itself.

4. The State has no objection.

5. In that background, I.A. No. 3598 of 2018 is allowed and let the heirs be incorporated in place of the sole petitioner.

6. Office to do the needful.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the said order in question, he shall be approaching the appellate authority.

8. Learned State Counsel has no objection.

9. In that background, the writ petition is disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the appellate/competent authority against the order in question.

10. Needless to add, since the matter was pending before this Court for years, if any petition is preferred in next four weeks, the concerned authority shall look into the
