JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34310 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to illness, the petitioner could not furnish the bail bonds on time.
The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 3000/- before District Legal Services Authority, Dehri, Rohtas. On the ground mentioned in the modification
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17706 of 2023(2) dt.22-03-2023 2/2 petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 24.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34310 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
