2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 341, 307 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner shot at the right leg of the informant.

4. As per injury report, one entry wound and one exist wound has been found on the right leg of informant. Besides this, petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.
