The petitioner, who is husband of the victim, is in custody since 31.7.2014 in a case under sections 498A, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that charge sheet has been submitted under sections 498aa and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner as mentioned above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Pupri, Sitamarhi in Pupri Police station Case No. 297 of 2013.
