One country made pistol and one mobile are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2015. Moreover, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Mansi P.S.Case No. 137 of 2015.
