The name of the petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused, Manish Kumar @ Govi and except the aforesaid material as well as call details of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him. Co-accused Manish Kumar @ Govi has already been granted privilege of bail by this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 230 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.
