2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for issuance of a Writ in the nature of mandamus and any other appropriate Writ or Writs commanding the respondents not to take any coercive action against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.12343 of 2016(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 petitioner for removal of encroachment from his land as the State and Zila Parishad has no concern with the same and/or to grant any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is legally entitled in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that he shall be approaching the respondent no.7, the Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Nokha, District Rohtas in next four weeks.

4. Learned State counsel submits that if such petition is preferred, the same be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the concerned Executive Officer, Nagar Parishad, Nokha, District Rohtas within four weeks who shall take up the matter to its logical conclusion preferably by 31.03.2026.
