The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 523 of 2017 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3 of the Bihar Mines and Minerals and Prevention of Illegal Mining Transportation Rules.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that only on confessional statement petitioner has been made accused in this case. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Further submission is that no any material was seized either from the office or on the spot showing the petitioner's involvement in the present case.
