Mr. Sarvesh Kumar Singh, AAG13 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN) 30-07-2019 Some kind of financial mismanagement was alleged against the private respondent in respect of subsidy given to them under the Scheme of the State Government. Although the stand of the State is that no such irregularity was committed

Patna High Court CWJC No.3435 of 2019(4) dt.30-07-2019 2/2 and that whatever subsidy given was in terms of the Scheme itself and the same stand is also voiced by the private respondent who has appeared through counsel, Mr. Mukesh Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner informs that some kind of enquiry is going on in respect of alteration in the godowns made by these beneficiaries but which information does not persuade us to keep this writ petition pending because the allegation of financial irregularities is answered by the counter affidavit filed and not contested.

We dispose of the writ petition accordingly.
