2. The present modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73713 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertently the name of the father of the petitioner was recorded as "Muslim Miyan" instead of "Muslim Miyan @ Md. Ismail" as well as in the address was recorded as "Resident of Village- Manjhauli P.S. Mohanpur, District- Gaya" instead of "Mohalla 14/H/3 Bibi Bagan lane Tangra, Kolkata, P.S. Tangra,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13900 of 2024(2) dt.01-03-2024 2/2 District- Kolkata (West Bangal)" in the cause title of the bail petition.

4. Let it be read as father's name of the petitioner "Muslim Miyan @ Md. Ismail" in place of "Muslim Miyan" as well as in the address be read as "Mohalla 14/H/3 Bibi Bagan lane Tangra, Kolkata, P.S. Tangra, District- Kolkata (West Bangal)" in place of "Resident of Village- Manjhauli P.S. Mohanpur, District- Gaya" in the cause title of the bail petition.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 09.11.2023 is modified to the aforesaid extent.

6. In this view of the matter, the time granted for surrender before the learned Court below in terms of order dated 09.11.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 73713 of 2023 is extended by two weeks from today.
