JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-10-2023 Petitioner in the present case is seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondent authorities for proper investigation of Begusarai Town (Lohiya Nagar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 407 of 2019 dated 18.07.2029 registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the case has already been investigated and charge-sheet has been filed in this case vide Charge-sheet No. 693 of 2019 as stated in paragraph '14' of the counter affidavit.
