Petitioner was Vikas Mitra and it is alleged that he identified one fake lady who withdrew Rs. 48,500/- fraudulently. The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner has already deposited the amount in question which is evident from Annexure-2 to this petition. It is further contended by him that petitioner is in jail custody since 25.07.2015.
