Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State.
The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is with regard to the callous attitude in the mater in final decision of the application of the petitioner for compassionate appointment.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the recommendation of the Block Education Officer, Lakari Naviganj, Siwan, dated 7th September,
Patna High Court CWJC No.945 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 2017 (Annexure 4), whereby the Block Education Officer requested the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan, to issue guideline in the matter of compassionate appointment of the petitioner Referring to the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ application may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take final decision on the claim of the petitioner on compassionate appointment considering the hardship of the financial position of the family on the death of the bread earner.
In the light of Annexure 4, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent-District Programme Officer (Establishment), Siwan, respondent no. 4, to take final decision in the matter of compassionate appointment of the petitioner with a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
