The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act.
Two pickup vans bearing Registration No. BR-19F9546 and BR-19D-5940 were intercepted from which 60 bags each urea being carried. One of the drivers of the pickup van disclosed that he was carrying the urea of the petitioner Mukesh Kedia. Save and except the disclosure made by the driver no other material is collected.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44632 of 2015 (2) dt.24-09-2015 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 36 of 2015.
