The petitioners are in custody since 6.5.2013 in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.448 of 2013 registered for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33530 of 2014 (4) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 It is alleged that one loaded country-made pistol along with one mobile was recovered from each of the petitioners. Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that the said recoveries were not from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they have been falsely implicated in the present case.
Considering the nature of the offence and also the period of custody, let both the above named petitioners be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram Nagar P.S. Case No.448 of 2013.
