The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 138 of the N.I. Act. The petitioner is alleged to have taken Rs. 2,50,000/- from the informant for the purpose of providing him job, but the petitioner neither returned the money nor provided the job to the informant.

It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to return the entire amount Rs. 2,50,000/- within three months from the date of his release in three equal installments.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43651 of 2015 (3) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Bihta P.S. Case No. 114 of 2015, subject to the condition that if the petitioner fails to make payment of Rs. 2,50,000/- to the informant within three months in three equal installments, the learned court below shall cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
