Petitioner is not family member of the husband of the deceased and moreover, name of the petitioner surfaced in this case in course of investigation levelling allegation against him that he made attempt to pacify the matter by way of compromise and also facilitated other accused to get the dead body buried.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Mansoorchak P.S.
