The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the F.I.R., on 10.06.2021 at about 6:00 PM, all

No.8161 of 2022(2) dt.02-08-2022 2/2 the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners, variously armed, were constructing house over the ancestral land of informant and on protest, the accused persons became aggressive and assaulted the informant leading to head injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that due to land dispute between the parties, an altercation took place, in which, informant sustained simple injury. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Petitioner no. 3 to 8 have got clean antecedent, whereas, petitioner no. 1 & 2 have got one criminal antecedent.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of injury, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Danapur (Patna) in connection with Paliganj P.S. Case No. 196 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
