The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body of the father of the informant was found in a field. The informant suspected that informant and others killed his father only because four months before the occurrence his father was assaulted by the petitioner and others on account of his having illicit relation with wife of Suresh Ram. It appears that there is no eye witness of the occurrence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 390/ 15.
