The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case no. 219 of 2018, registered under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 / 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The accusation is of killing of the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of golden chain, ring and cash of Rs. 1,25,000/- by her husband and in-laws. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, both the petitioners are mother-in-law and father-in-law of the deceased. Further submission is that, in fact, deceased was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10369 of 2019(3) dt.10-05-2019 2/2 admitted for treatment due to her serious illness and after recovery she was taken at her Myaka, but, again, she become serious and she was taken for treatment at Baranasi, but she died in the way, but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged by the informant. Moreover, Ram Ganesh Sah, who are son of the petitioners and husband of the deceased, is in behind the bar since 23.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Rajpur P.S. Case No. 219 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
