Case No.1096 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 153 of the Railways Act.

2. However, in this case charge-sheet was submitted after completion of investigation and even cognizance has been taken against the Petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is seeking

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.389 of 2018(5) dt.07-01-2026 2/2 permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file Criminal Revision Petition against the cognizance order.
