BAJANTHRI ORAL ORDER 04-02-2022 This matter is heard via video conferencing due to circumstances prevailing on account of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Learned counsel for the petitioners is hereby directed to serve a copy of the petition to learned counsel for the State if it has not already served.
In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for the following relief(s):-
Patna High Court CWJC No.5752 of 2021(2) dt.04-02-2022 2/3 "(i) For direction to the respondent authorities to grant the upgradcd pay scale of Rs.
2000-3800/- w.e.f.
24.01.1994 to 31.12.1995 as has been granted to other similarly situated members of Bihar Agriculture Sub Ordinate Service, Category-9 (statistics)with all consequential monetary benefit and accordingly, fix and revise the pay scale of the petitioners accordingly. (ii) For any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioners are found entitled to." In support of the aforesaid relief petitioner is stated to have submitted number of representations dated 07.01.2016, 16.01.2020 and 27.08.2020 vide Annexure-4, 5 and 6 series and also Judgment of this Court. The concerned authority has not take any action either accepting or rejecting the petitioner's claim.
The concerned respondent is hereby directed to decide petitioners grievance in passing speaking order, if the petitioners are entitled to the relief sought in the present petition. Necessary calculation shall be made and amount shall be disbursed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this of this order. If the petitioners are not eligible in that event necessary speaking order shall be passed as to why the pe-

With the aforesaid observations, the present petition stands disposed off.
