2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 118(2), 352, 351(2), & 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 assaulted on the head of Rinku Yadav with Tangi and petitioner no. 2 assaulted on the shoulder and temple of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injuries simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Simultalla P.S.
