JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 08-01-2018 Inter alia, contending that encroachment over a public area being Plot No. 24, Khata No. 20 at Lasgari Chak village, District- Patna has not been removed and in spite of the representation submitted no action has been taken, this writ petition has been filed in the public interest. Keeping in view the grievance raised in the petition, it is directed that on filing of certified copy of this order along with the relevant documents and detailed representation, the respondent No. 5 shall register a proceeding as land encroachment proceeding under the Bihar Public Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.15661 of 2017(2) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 Encroachment Act and proceed to remove the encroachment in accordance with law after hearing all concerned preferably within a period of six months.
