The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S.Case No.42 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that earlier she threatened to the husband of the informant and since then the husband of the informant is traceless.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is delay of 11 days in lodging the FIR and furthermore nothing concrete has come against the petitioner. On the other hand the learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that witnesses during the investigation has also stated that earlier the petitioner had threatened the husband of the informant and up till now he has not been recovered.

Having heard both sides and considering the above facts, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner may surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail. With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
