2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to issue the selection/appointment letter in favour of the petitioner as Senior

Patna High Court CWJC No.3495 of 2020(2) dt.27-06-2024 2/3 Tuberculosis Supervisor pursuant to the Advertisement No.11127 (Swa) 16-17 Bihar (annexed as Annexure-P/7).

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has all qualification for appointment on the said post. Counsel further submits that prior to filing the present writ petition, he has filed his representation before the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.4), Deputy Development Commissioner, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.5) and the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.6).

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the competent person in the present case is the Civil Surgeon-cum-Member Secretary, District Health Society, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.6). Counsel submits that till date, there is no decision taken by the authorities concerned on the representation filed by the petitioner.

5. As such, it is directed to the Civil Surgeon-cumMember Secretary, District Health Society, Bhojpur at Ara (respondent no.6) to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the representation filed by the petitioner within 90 days from the date of production of the order.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the
