The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the IPC.

The prosecution case, as per the written report of Guriya Devi, dated 19.05.2018, submitted to the Station House Officer, Piro Police Station, is to the effect that on 13.05.2018 at about 2 P.M., the co-villager of the informant, namely, Sonu Kumar, made vulgar comments, and when the informant made protest, she was being abused by co-accused Sonu Kumar, and on alarm being raised the family members of the informant came, but the accused persons including the petitioners also came variously

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9003 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 2/3 armed and assaulted the brother-in-law of the informant, namely, Manjeet. It is specifically alleged that co-accused, Sonu assaulted on his head causing bleeding injury and when the husband of the informant came to rescue him, he was also assaulted by all the accused persons, causing fracture injury on his hand.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that due to dispute between the informant's side and co-accused Sonu Kumar, the occurrence took place. Petitioner no.1 is the mother of co-accused Sonu Kumar. The accusation against the petitioners is omnibus and general. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned APP submits that the petitioners are named in the FIR.

Considering the accusation against the petitioners being omnibus and general and the petitioners being the ladies, coupled with the statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioners are not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9003 of 2019(2) dt.15-02-2019 3/3 today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 167 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
