Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 366, 366A, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that one Md.

Shamshad and his family members have kidnapped his minor daughter.

It is submitted that petitioner happens to be brother of Md. Shamshad. Victim Supriya Thakur has made a written application before the police as well as in the village Panchayat in which she herself stated that she is in love with Md. Shamshad and went along with Md. Shamshad out of her own free will. Similarly situated co-accused Md. Salam has already been

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45074 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 enlarged on bail and case of the petitioner stands on the same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Bheja P.S. Case No. 39 of 2015.
