The petitioner seeks bail in Morkahi P.S. Case no. 49/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. On account of land dispute it is said that on the order of Mahavir Sah the petitioner fired which hit on the shoulder of the informant. The informant was taken to Khagaria Hospital but he was referred to a private hospital Begusarai. The doctor has opined that the injury is simple in nature.

It is submitted that on account of land dispute the aforesaid occurrence took place.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43574 of 2015 (2) dt.21-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria, in connection with Morkahi P.S. Case no. 49/2015.
