JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-03-2020 The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Yogapatti P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019 dated 18.02.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act in which he is custody since 29.08.2019.

The petitioner has been named by some of the accused persons of this case after their arrest. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and in two other cases in which he was earlier made an accused, he has been granted bail.

Considering the aforestated facts, he is directed

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11398 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Yogapatti P.S.
