The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named the petitioner and other accused persons and alleged that they all assaulted the informant. Ghanshyam Singh fired with his country made gun causing injury upon the left knee of the informant Bablu Thakur. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 30.07.2015.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
