2. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a detailed order dated 04-07-2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22766 of 2024.

3. The report, which was called for regarding stage of trial, has already been received.

4. From perusal of the report, it appears that till 1604-2025, eight prosecution witnesses have been examined and trial is going on with satisfactory pace.

5. Learned APP has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I don't find any reason to reconsider the prayer for bail of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7142 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 petitioner.

7. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 33 of 2023 is again rejected.
