Petitioner is in custody in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 229 of 2019 for the offence under sections 302, 114, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Allegation against this petitioner is that after the occurrence he reached the place of occurrence and whispered that the victim lady should not be left alive. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced namely, Ajit Kumar has been granted regular bail by a coordinate bench of this court in Cr.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5989 of 2020(3) dt.28-05-2020 2/2 Misc. No. 79933 of 2019 and Jitendra Yadav @ Jitu Yadav has been granted regular bail by another coordinate bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 2688 of 2020.
The petitioner is in custody since 26.08.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Piro P.S.
