ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-03-2015 The Petitioners seek revision against their conviction and sentence passed by 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Sitamarhi in Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2008/ 35 of 2013 by judgment dated 6.3.2014 and the judgment dated 21.7.2008 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Sitamarhi in Trial No.1517 of 2008 arising out of G.R. No.972 of 2006.

The Petitioners were convicted under the provisions of Arms Act for a period of one year, out of which they have remained in custody for about 11 months and 5 months respectively. Considering the merits of the case, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The revision application stands dismissed but with

Patna High Court CR. REV. No.1084 of 2014 dt.26-03-2015 2/2 modification in sentence to the period already undergone by the Petitioners.
