====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 04-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Pupri P.S. Case No.189 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 354, 376, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration that the victim girl is a minor and she specifically alleged that the petitioner has raped her, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
