Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Salimpur P.S. Case No. 159 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 342/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

By the order dated 07.02.2019, this matter was sent for mediation. The mediation report has been received and is kept at Flag-M. Perusal of the report shows that the parties have amicably settled the dispute.
