The petitioner seeks bail in Phulpras P.S. Case No. 136 of 2014 registered under section 207 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Janak Thakur named ten persons including the petitioner and made omnibus and general allegation that all the accused persons assaulted the informant, Shyam Sundar and Ramchandra Thakur. The accused also assaulted Shila Devi and Chandra. The informant alleged that the occurrence took place due to land dispute.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. The mother of the petitioner filed case Phulpras P.S. Case no.35 of 2014.rom perusal of the record it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42164 of 2014 (3) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 appears that there is no specific allegation of assault against the petitioner and petitioner is in jail since 04.05.2014. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than eight months. Considering the aforesaid facts , the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial M Jhanjharpur madhubani in Phulpras P.S.
