JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 28-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of the informant and it also appears that there was matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife. No doubt there is allegation that the petitioner opened fire on the informant causing fire arm injury to him but the informant sustained simple injury although said to be caused by fire arm.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well submissions of the parties and also taking into account all the aspects of the matter and the petitioner is in jail since 21.7.2015, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
