JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 377 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 379, 386, 307, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the allegations made in the first information report that the petitioner opened fire causing injury to the informant and, on an examination, the doctor found firearm injury on the person of the injured, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26561 of 2018 (2) dt.07-05-2018 grant him pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected. In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by this order.
