The petitioner seeks bail in Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 595 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s)22/27 of the N.D.P.S Act and Section 5/7 of Immoral Traffic Prevention Act.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that there is general and omnibus allegation levelled against this petitioner in the written report.

It is alleged in the written report that informant got information that petitioner and other accused persons as named in the written report are taking ganja and also levelled allegation that all the accused persons attempted to run away on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9383 of 2019(2) dt.18-02-2019 2/2 seeing the police party.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that from the written report it would appear that mobile phone has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 21.11.2018. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM Patna, in connection with Special (NDPS) case arising out of Gandhi Maidan P. S. Case No. 595 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) shyambihari/- U T
