Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. After recovery of the dead body, police apprehended the petitioner who is said to have confessed his guilt. Save and except confessional statement of petitioner there is no other material to show involvement of the petitioner in the occurrence in question. Considering the facts aforesaid, petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
